INS Vikrant gets permanent memorial in Mumbai (With Images)

1971 WAR HERO INS VIKRANT IS COMING TO A ROAD NEAR YOU

Now Mumbai will be able to get a glimpse of the magnificent warrior -- or at least parts of it. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has approved a proposal to display remnants of the famous warship INS Vikrant on a traffic island in front of Lion Gate. The installation will be part of a museum for the country's first aircraft carrier.
